Instructions for the customer

Before submitting an order, make sure the tax numbers of the participants have been registered in the construction industry’s tax number register.

1. Logging in is required for subscription or submission of one-time orders on invoice. One-time orders with online payment can be submitted without logging in. Order submission after logging in facilitates order management. Registration is required the first time. Click “Log in” and fill in your details (either log in or register).

2. In the store, find the course you want to purchase for one or more participants.

3. Click “Add to cart”

4. Go to the Cart view.

5. In the view, you can see the basic information about the course you have chosen.

6. Click the “Proceed to order details” button to proceed to the next step.

7. After this, you need to enter the data of all the participants for whom you want to order the training course of your choice.

The participants can be entered in two ways:
– Manually to the lines displayed at the store
– By importing the details of all participants in a single csv file

8. Confirm that the information you have entered is correct and proceed to the next step by clicking the “Proceed to checkout” button.

9. If you have a discount code, select “Click here to enter your code”. Please note that the RT member discount and educational institution discount are automatically considered in the final sum and entering a code is not required.

10. In the final step, enter the customer’s data and payment details.

11. At the end of the page, the total sum of the order with the discounts is displayed.

12. To finalize your order, confirm that you have read the ordering and contract terms and conditions and click the “Place order” button.

1. Click “Order management” > “Subscriptions”.

2. Find the respective subscription on the list and click “View”. If necessary, you can find the subscription based on its number as follows: If the subscription number were 1234, the link format would be https://verkkokauppa.rateko.fi/en/my-account/view-subscription/1234.

3. Click “Cancel”.

4. The subscription status changes “Active” > “Pending Cancellation”.

5. The subscription has now been cancelled and will not renew. The order participants’ right to study will remain valid until the end of the current invoicing period.

1. Click “Order management” > “Subscriptions”.

2. Find the respective subscription on the list and click “View”. If necessary, you can find the subscription based on its number as follows: If the subscription number were 1234, the link format would be https://verkkokauppa.rateko.fi/et/my-account/view-subscription/1234.

3. Find the respective trainee(s) on the list and click the X button displayed after the trainee’s details.

NOTE! If it is the last active participant under the subscription, the system will ask you to confirm removal of the trainees and cancellation of the subscription.

4. Renewal of the trainee in question has now been cancelled and his or her right to study will no longer be renewed upon the next renewal of the subscription.

5. However, the trainee’s right to study will remain valid until the end of the current invoicing period.

1. Click “Order management” > “Participants”.

2. Find the respective participant on the list either by browsing or by entering the name or tax number of the participant in the search field on the page.

3. Click on the participant’s name to open a list of all orders under which he or she is registered.

4. Click the X button displayed after the subscription in case of which you want to cancel the renewal of the trainee.

NOTE! If it is the last active participant under the subscription, the system will ask you to confirm removal of the trainees and cancellation of the subscription.

5. Renewal of the trainee in question has now been cancelled and his or her right to study will no longer be renewed upon the next renewal of the subscription.

6. However, the trainee’s right to study will remain valid until the end of the current invoicing period.

1. Click “Order management” > “History of oreders”.

2. Find the respective order on the list and click “View”.

3. In the single order view that opens, look for the item “Related orders” and click “Show order”.

4. In the single subscription view that opens, click “Cancel”.

5. The subscription status changes “Active” > “Pending Cancellation”.

6. The subscription has now been cancelled and will not renew. 

NOTE! The order participants’ right to study will remain valid until the end of the current invoicing period.

The participant will be sent a login link and password to the training environment by e-mail and text message. The link and password will be sent to the address and number stored in the training environment. If the trainee does not already have a profile linked to the respective business ID in the training environment, it will be created based on the order details. 

The trainee logs in at https://eperehdytys.mmg.fi/. To log in, tax number, business ID and password are required. In case of one-time orders, if a business ID was not entered when ordering, it is possible to log in with phone number. In case of login problems, eKoulutus customer service can be contacted at ekoulutukset@rateko.fi.
